General

Why has IMC changed it's emphasis to limestone?

There are areas of the US such as Nevada, Arizona and California that have substantial shortages of cement production and our strategic location of potential deposits can meet some of this demand.

What is limestone with respect to cement and concrete?

Limestone is the primary ingredient in the production of cement which in turn is used to make concrete. Limestone must have a high percentage of calcium carbonate to meet cement grade standards.

How does IMC see government infrastructure spending affecting the Company?

Management believes that infrastructure spending in relation to the demand for cement will have a positive impact on the Company both in the short term and long term.

Will the problems in the real estate market reduce the demand for cement? For how long?

The real estate market is a large user of cement. However, we believe our development time will find the real estate market in full recovery from the economic down turn and will continue to grow above pre downturn levels. This information is based on an independent Market Study prepared for IMC.

Management does not foresee any critical or unsolvable environmental issues. A Nevada environmental firm, Lumos and Associates of Carson City NV. is employed to ensure compliance with all regulations.
